The duration of the work will be approximately ten (10) weeks. CONDITION: Only general contractors or contractors specializing in this type of work who have an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who hold the required license under the Building Act (L.R.Q., c. B-1.1) are authorized to bid. The latter must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or of Canada and the maturity must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equal to 5% of the bid amount and be valid for 60 days from the bid closing date. The guarantee must be attached to the submission. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR: Bidder contractors are responsible for the selection of subcontractors, in terms of their competence, solvency and the content of their bid.
