The Reg Lamy Cultural Centre Arena is seeking interested parties to submit a Proposal for the provision of services as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). It is the intent of this RFP process to identify and engage the best contractor and approach for the renovation and upgrades of the Timekeeper Box and Penalty Boxes. The selected contractor will be responsible for optimizing space utilization, enhancing workflow and accessibility, improving insulation and soundproofing, installing ergonomic workstations and seating, improvement to heating and electrical, ensuring health and safety standards, and implementing cosmetic improvements. The ultimate goal is to create a safer, more efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environment for players, officials, and parents.
