Start-up meeting: Early September 2025 Mobilisation to site: 20 October 2025 End of mobilisation on site: 31 October 2025 SITE VISITS Tenderers may visit the site themselves. No representative of the public body will be on site to assist bidders during their visit. The school is located at the following address Ecole Pere-Marquette 900, rue du Fort-St-Louis Boucherville, Quebec J4B 1T6 The work site is available at all times, outside the school's normal hours of operation, to bidders interested in the project. Tenderers are responsible for obtaining information and properly assessing the nature and scope of the work and for familiarizing themselves with the site and the conditions affecting the execution of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the site and no claim for lack of knowledge of the site may be submitted. If necessary, questions will be answered by means of an addendum. The public body shall not be held liable for any verbal information provided during the visit. If the bidders, contractors and subcontractors who visit the site have questions, it is their responsibility to forward their questions by e-mail to the person in charge of the call for tenders process designated for the call for tenders. At no time must bidders or subcontractors forward their questions to the professionals indicated in the plans and specifications. Only questions sent to the person in charge of the call for tenders process will be considered by the public body for the purposes of this call for tenders. If necessary, questions will be answered by means of an addendum. The public body is not responsible for any verbal information provided during the visit. The submission is valid for a period of SIXTY (60) days from the date of opening the submissions. Procurement of documents: The bidder must obtain the tender documents directly through the "SEAO" tender display system. Otherwise, the submission may not be considered by the public body. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only tenders from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement and holding, if applicable, the license required under the Building Act (LRQ c.B.-1.1).
