Site work for a water / sewer project in Midlothian, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves constructing water and sanitary sewer lines at four (4) different project sites: 5th Street and Meadows Crest Ct, 3RD Street, 4th Street, and S 5th Street. Between the 4 sites, approximately 770 linear feet of 6-inch water line, 485 linear feet of 6-inch sanitary sewer, and 3,095 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer. Question Deadline 07/09/2025 at 12:00 PM CT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Bid security in the form of Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or other negotiable instrument in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after date on which bids are opened.
