The following intersection: Zion Road (SR 0550) and Parkview Boulevard A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Borough of Bellefonte, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit proof thereof with their bid.
