This is a request for proposal to install a new corrugated metal roof on the Fairmount Landfill Maintenance Shop. The Contractor will be responsible for all job supervision, labor, mobile and power equipment, materials, and other items necessary to complete the project. The contractor will supply the County with copies of their workman's compensation and liability insurance with the bid packet. The contactor shall remove and replace the existing roof and insulation with like material. The contractor will include the following information with the bid packet. 1. Gauge of the roof material. 2. Width and length of each panel. 3. Type of fastener used. 4. Insulation Manufacture and Rating Values 5. Material manufacturer, supplier, and material warranty information. 6. Contractor's workmanship warranty period. 7. Proof of liability and workman's comp insurance. 8. Panel Color-White. 9.
