The scope of services for this proposal will include several components. Please note that consultants are not limited to the components presented here and are encouraged to expand on the suggested components and the approach they would take to develop the Master Plan report and required updated documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following Contract awarded: July 14, 2025 Tentative project completion date: January 30, 2025 The City of St. Joseph is a 5 square mile community that is carefully nestled on the southeast shore of Lake Michigan. A deep-water port town that has become a vacation destination - part of a "small town" chain stretching from the state line in a spectacular arc along Lake Michigan. It is one of the largest cities in Berrien County as well as the County seat. The City possesses an ideal location within 35 miles of South Bend, Indiana and 90 miles to Chicago, Illinois. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and negotiate with any source, in any manner necessary, deemed to be in its best interest. The contents of this RFP and the respondent's proposal, as submitted and/or modified, shall become contractual obligations to be executed by the authorized contracting agents of both parties. Any bidder may withdraw its proposal in person, by facsimile, or by letter, any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. Each proposal shall be considered binding and in effect for a period of Sixty (60) days after the closing date. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
