The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) acting for itself, instrumentalities and/or affiliates is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for Asbestos Removal & Abatement Services for 134 residential units at 4695 N Dyson Circle, West Palm Beach, FL 33415. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide services outlined in this IFB. The work is to include removal and lawful disposal of textured 'popcorn' ceiling coatings identified as asbestos-containing materials. Period of Contract: From Date of Award Until the end of 1 year. Offerors Assume Sole and Full Responsibility for the Timely Delivery of Proposals. Late Bids Will Not Be Considered. minority and Women Owned Business Are Encouraged to Respond.
