Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Project has been Rebid This project is for a single source, prime contractor, to renovate and replace exterior components of a two-story multifamily building. Sherman Exterior Modernization Question Deadline: 09/23/2025 Questions shall be submitted in writing before 4:00 p.m. to: procurement@cintimha.com. Responses to questions will be posted as an addendum to the website along with the other solicitation documents. The purpose of this contract is for the Contractor to provide construction services at OWNER's property further described Remove all hangers, hooks, mails, tape, contact paper, wall paper, borders, etc. Remove any obvious imperfections in walls or ceilings Remove any imperfections around fixtures of any sort and outlets. Do not paint electrical fixtures, switches, outlets or cover plates. Wipe debris off all surfaces. This includes but is not limited to webs, dust, dirt, insect eggs and feces. Paint all walls, ceilings, doors, window sills, trim, etc. Drywall should be prepped for level 4 drywall finish. This will require drywall to be skim coated to provide smooth finish prior to painting. In the kitchen, wash all surfaces of excessive smoke or grease damage. Special care shall be given to cleaning the area behind the range and refrigerator. The Authority reserves the right to reject and not consider any proposal that does not meet the requirements of this Solicitation, including but not necessarily limited to incomplete proposals and/or proposals offering alternate or non-requested services, proposals deemed nonresponsive, respondents deemed not responsible, and conditional proposals. Replace the roofing system Replace all siding Replace all exterior window trims Replace front and rear covered porch/balconies (2 stories each) Repair stucco on foundation wall Abate asbestos Abate presumed lead-positive members (per Lead-based paint inspection March 2025) Abate presumed asbestos-positive members (per Asbestos-Containing Materials Inspection -March 17, 2025) Contractor must comply with all construction drawings and specifications issued in this solicitation Contractor must comply with the building permit issued by Hamilton County
