Renovation of a municipal facility in Cornelius, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The name and address of the Bidder, and the date and hour of the opening of bids must appear on the envelope in which the bid is submitted. Bidders will be required to comply with all applicable statutes and regulations, etc. and those attached to and made a part of the proposals. The Town of Cornelius reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in the bid for the performance of the contract.
