Project No: 202509 Installation of 505 LF of PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe. 3 sanitary sewer poo-pit, and 199 LF of sewer service line along with a clean out. The construction of Clemson Park Phase 2 which includes all water, sewer, vertical construction, grading, landscaping, hardscaping, specialty contracting, concrete work, stabilization and asphalt to install the planned park to plans and specifications. The substantial completion time for this project is 270 consecutive days to begin on the date designated on the Notice to Proceed. If the project remains uncompleted past the completion date, the Bidder will become liable for liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per calendar day for each day the project remains uncompleted. The Bidder must agree to commence work and complete the project as stipulated in the Contract. The Bidder must also agree to pay $200.00 The City of Clemson reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and/or reject any and all bids in whole or in part if the City of Clemson determines that cancellation and/or rejections are advantageous to the City.
