Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in North Andover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work of The Project consists of the installation of replacement MCCs in an exterior enclosure, concrete foundations, an underground electrical duct bank system and other related work at the District's Wastewater Treatment Facility. Coordination of the work with the District, to allow the continuance of existing operations, will be necessary. Proposers shall be DCAM certified and shall submit DCAM certifications and updates with their bids. Any general bid submitted without the appropriate DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement shall be invalid. Subcontractors shall file with their sub-bids a copy of their DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and Sub-Bidders Update Statement. The total time period for completion of all Work required under this Contract is 560 consecutive calendar days. Work performed beyond the 560 consecutive calendar day period will be subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000 for each consecutive calendar day. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays after the actual date of the opening of the General Bids. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the District. Wage Rates for this Project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D inclusive. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to min- imum wage rates to be paid and payroll submission requirements under the Contract.
