Description: The work for which proposals are asked includes the following: Aluminum storefronts and entrances at two locations including new entry canopy; Interior partitions, doors and frames modifications and finishes upgrades; Select toilet room renovation work; Minor Site Work; Localized pavement modifications, concrete entrance walk and grass restoration (seeding). No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond satisfactory to the Operations Committee in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount bid and payable to the City of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin reserves the right to waive any informality, or reject any or all proposals The City of Beaver Dam will award the Contract to the bidder whom, in its opinion, will be most advantageous to the City. Letting of this Contract is subject to applicable provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
