The scope includes: o Supply and installation of three (3) industrial-grade, natural gas-fired, ceiling-mounted unit heaters to replace existing units. Any reference to brand names is to be interpreted as brand names or equivalent. o Proposed Locations: One (1) heater in the front bay and two (2) in the back bay of the newer building. o Current Heater Locations and Details: - One existing heater is located in the front corner of the newer building against the wall of the older building (Make: EnergyLogic, Model: EL-200H). -One existing heater is located in the front corner of the newer building against the side wall of the newer building (Make: EnergyLogic, Model: EL-350H). o Heaters must have a minimum heating capacity of [Insert Capacity, e.g., 150,000 BTU/hour per unit for EL-200H replacement and 300,000 BTU/hour per unit for EL-350H replacement] to ensure sufficient coverage for a [Insert Area, e.g., 5,000 square foot] workspace. o Replacing the Waste Oil boiler to natural gas o Replace current boiler Energy Logic Model EL-375B o All units must be ENERGY STAR certified or equivalent for energy efficiency. o Installation must include: o Running of new natural gas lines to supply both heaters, compliant with local, state, and national codes (e.g., International Fuel Gas Code). o All necessary ductwork, venting, gas piping, and electrical connections compliant with local, state, and national codes (e.g., International Mechanical Code, National Electrical Code). o Removal and proper disposal of the two existing EnergyLogic heaters (Models EL-200H and EL350H) will be conducted by the Township of Waterford. o Testing and commissioning of all installed units to ensure proper operation. o Provision of operation and maintenance manuals, along with a minimum one (1) year warranty on parts and labor.
