The purpose of this bid is to provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary to provide the required level of services as described herein. The scope of work shall include the following, at Franconia Notch State Park/Cannon Mountain, Franconia, New Hampshire. All work shall be completed in a reasonable time frame as mutually agreed upon with agency and vendor. The Vendor shall submit a proposed schedule to the state agency requesting services at each facility at least ten (10) days prior to each period. Any questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes shall be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their organization to the Terms and Conditions of this bid and shall be received in writing Questions shall not be submitted to anyone other than the BID CONTACT or his/her representative.
