Width. * Cover Aggregate to Consist of 100% Fractured Black Granite Stone and Applied in One-pass Up To 24ft. Width. * Contractor to Provide Cold Mix Pot-hole Patching Prior to Seal Coat Application. Contractor Will Provide A Truck That Contains Cold Mix Patch Material Including an Operator to Fill Any Potholes/voids Necessary Prior to the Chip Seal Process. * Aggregate to Be Compacted With A Duo-packer Consisting of Both Rubber and Steel.
