The Purpose of This Request for Proposal (Rfp) is to Establish a/e Term Contracts for Professional Architectural and/or Professional Engineering Services Through Competitive Negotiations Which Will Be the Basis for Project Orders Issued During the Contract Term. The Initial Contract Term Shall Be One (1) Year, With the Possibility of Up to Four (4) One Year Term Renewals, Contingent Upon Mutual Agreement by Both Parties. Mason Reserves the Right to Make Multiple Awards Under This Solicitation. The Resulting Contracts Will Be Optional Use Contracts and Mason is Not Obligated to Make Purchases From the a/e and May, at Its Discretion, Procure Identical or Similar Goods/services From Other Sources. the Agency Does Not Guarantee That the Selected Firms Will Receive Any Project Orders. Services Under These Contracts Will Be Provided on an "as Needed" Basis for Managing Planning, Maintenance, and Renovation Projects According to Project Orders Issued During the Contract Term. The Limit for Each Project Order Issued Under the Term Contract Shall Not Exceed $500,000.00. The Total Fees for All Project Orders Issued During the Initial Contract Term Shall Not Exceed $2,000,000. If the University Exercises Its Option to Renew, Any Unused Amount From a Contract Term Shall Not Carry Forward to the Next Renewal Contract Term. See Rfp for Full Requirements. The method of contrat selection has not been determined at this time.
