Site work for a multi-residential development in Watsonville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

The Project is located at Pajaro Dunes South, Watsonville, California, and is described as follows: The seawall repair work area is located within the Pajaro Dune South community at Lots 1 to 12, Lot 15, Lots 54-55, Lot 107, Lots 93 to 105, as well as removing rocks encroaching on State Parks property fronting Lots 98 to 103. The revetment repair area extends approximately 1,900 linear feet along the ocean side of these properties. The repair is focused on returning the rock revetment as close as possible to the original design configuration to reduce the potential for movement resulting from settlement and instability caused by coastal erosion undermining the revetment during large storm events. The Pajaro Dunes South community includes 550 single-family residences, including detached residences, groups of townhouses, and condominiums. These residences were constructed along a strip of land bounded by the Pacific Ocean on the southwest, the Pajaro River on the southeast, and Watsonville Slough on the northeast. The areas of repairs occur intermittently along the existing seawall, and not the entire length. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within 40 working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. The District anticipates the Work will begin on or about September 15, 2025, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Bid Security. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, in the form of a cashier's or certified check made payable to Pajaro Dunes Geologic Hazard Abatement District, or a bid bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California on the Bid Bond form included with the Contract Documents. The bid security must guarantee that within ten days after District issues the Notice of Potential Award, the successful bidder will execute the Contract and submit the payment and performance bonds, insurance certificates and endorsements, valid Certificates of Reported Compliance as required under the California Air Resources Board's In-Use Off-Road Diesel Fueled Fleets Regulation (13 CCR 2449 et seq.) ("Off-Road Regulation"), if applicable, and any other submittals required by the Contract Documents and as specified in the Notice of Potential Award. Performance and Payment Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Price, as further specified in the Contract Documents.
