Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the estimated construction budget for the Project. Provided, however, if an Offeror submits more than one Proposal, the Offeror shall submit only one Proposal Guaranty which shall be in the amount of five per cent (5%) of the estimated construction budget of the largest Project for which Offeror is submitting a Proposal. Note that Payment and Performance Bonds shall be required for the Project. Also note the other conditions included in all Exhibits. Notice to Proceed: Estimated August 21, 2025 The estimated date of Substantial Completion follows: 12-14 weeks from notice to proceed. The PAISD reserves the right to accept or reject any Submission or any part thereof or any combination of Submissions and to waive any or all formalities. All responses in the Submission may be used by the PAISD in the selection process. The PAISD reserves the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses by utilizing any information available to the PAISD without regard to whether such information appears in the Submission.
