The deadline to ask questions is 7/20/2025 3:00 PM CST The project consists of 10,670 linear feet of 12 inch waterline and fire hydrants, 2,219 linear feet of 12 inch gravity sewer line and sanitary sewer manholes, a sanitary sewer pump station, and 3,720 linear feet of 6 inch sanitary sewer force main line. The Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence for the installation of approximately 10,670 linear feet of 12 inch PVC pipe and all appurtenances for water and fire lines to include the installation and connection of fire hydrants where shown on plans. 2. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence for the installation of approximately 2,219 linear feet of 12 inch PVC pipe and all appurtenances for gravity sanitary sewer lines to include the installation and connection of sewer manholes where shown on plans. 3. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence for the installation of the sanitary sewer pump station, including but not limited to: all miscellaneous site items, pavement, fencing, electrical equipment, etc. 4. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and superintendence for the installation of approximately 3,720 linear feet of 6 inch PVC pipe and all appurtenances for sanitary sewer force main lines to include the installation and connection of air release valves where shown on plans. 5. Prior to commencing his work, CONTRACTOR shall submit, per requirements of SECTION 01 33 00 - SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES, a Construction Sequencing Plan to the ENGINEER for approval detailing the order of work, timing and duration of equipment shutdowns, requirements for bypass pumping, and other pertinent information. In general, the Construction Sequencing Plan shall conform to the following: a. Any unauthorized discharges or spills during the contract time shall be the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR. b. The use of bypass piping, pumping or similar temporary process equipment shall be limited to the greatest extent possible and scheduled only during periods of low flow. c. Alternative Construction Sequencing Plans may be considered and shall be submitted by CONTRACTOR to the OWNER and ENGINEER for approval prior to commencing work. The facilities will be located along Farm to Market Rd 3475 and US Highway 77A, Yoakum, TX 77995
