The Contractor will provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all incidentals required to remove the existing UPS, battery bank and equipment and replace with New UPS AND BATTERY BANK. SPECIFICATIONS UPS 26 30 00 UPS design build. Mitsubishi 80-KVA UPS 9900 AEGIS UPS 480V input: 208Y/120 3 Phase 4 wire output. Unit to include bypass switch, step down transformer, output breaker distribution, static internal by-pass switch, remote annunciator, CSS 141 communication package Battery Sized: The battery bank must be sized for 120 minutes capacity at 14 KW of load. Support: Ups and battery bank Unit must be seismic supported. Temporary Power: Provide circuit continuity for al circuits that are modified during construction and provide temporary power and lighting for al area of the building during the renovation required. No longer than 1 hour without power to critical infostructure fed from existing UPS. Must coordinate with Alaska Railroad project manager for this job before turning off any power with minimum 24-hour notice. OTHER CONSIDERATIONS Contractor is responsible for cordoning off work area. Please note contractors is responsible to verify measurements and calculations and are highly encouraged to visit the job site prior to submitting a proposal. Please note this proposal wi l be subject to AK DOL Certified Payroll requirements. This procurement is subject to standard ARRC procurement procedures.
