This project consists of replacing two different roof systems on building 13 (approx. 38,689+/- S.F. combined) on the Cocoa Campus. REQUEST FOR INFORMATION DUE: Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10AM. You MUST email to procurement@easternflorida.edu. No questions will be accepted after this time. Answers to questions regarding this Bid will be posted to the website and online , by close of business on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. APPROVAL OF PROPOSED CONTRACT: Board of Trustees meeting, August 5, 2025. COMMENCEMENT OF WORK: August, 2025 BID WITHDRAWAL: Bidders may withdraw their BIDs by notifying EFSC in writing at any time prior to the time set for the BID deadline. Bidders may withdraw their BIDs in person or through an authorized representative. Bidders and authorized representatives must disclose their identity (bidder business card and driver's license) and provide a signed receipt for the BID. Once opened, BID(s) become the property of EFSC and will not be returned to the bidders. ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTIONS: EFSC reserves the right to reject all BIDs, to waive any informalities and technicalities, and to solicit and re-advertise for new BIDs, or to abandon the project in its entirety. EFSC reserves the right to reject the BID of any bidder who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver the contract on time. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 9AM. This meeting will take place at the Cocoa Campus for EFSC (Meeting Location, Building 13, Lobby), located 1519 Clearlake Rd., Cocoa, FL 32922. There will be an opportunity to view the roof & take photographs. All questions regarding the scope must be put in writing in an RFI (Request for Information).
