Renovation of a mixed-use development in Calgary, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Campus expansion projects in both Edmonton and Calgary, AB. The scope of work includes renovations and upgrades to existing building spaces to facilitate classroom learning. 1. Currie Campus Calgary. Building B8, 2452 Battleford Ave SW Calgary AB. The total square footage of this expansion is currently planned at roughly 50,000 sq ft. This is split into three floors in the building. 2. Eastgate Campus, 3720 76 Ave NW Edmonton, AB T6B 2N9. This project consists of converting existing office suites into classrooms. The total square footage of this expansion is currently planned at 63,000 sq ft. This is split into approx. three buildings. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from Architectural Design Consultants is currently underway. Initial design works have been completed. The successful proponent will continue this work. An RFP for Mechanical and Electrical engineering services has also been issued. Complete scope of work and project schedules may be confirmed late summer 2025, pending award of contract. *Construction budget is unreleased.
