Renovation of a municipal facility in Ardsley, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace the existing HVAC system at 507 Ashford Avenue (Village Hall) in the Village of Ardsley. Other related work shall include preparing, restoring, and cleaning the project area all in accordance with the plans and specifications and as directed by the Engineer and Village. Bids shall be made on the Proposal Forms furnished with the Specifications and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond acceptable to the Village or a certified cashier's check drawn on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Ardsley, New York, and are to be held by the Village as a guarantee for the proper execution and delivery of the Contract and bonds to secure the faithful performance thereof. In default of such execution and delivery of Contract and Bonds, the amount of the deposit represented by the check shall be forfeited to and retained by the Village of Ardsley as liquidated damages.
