**As of September 08, 2025, no bids receive. No definite date for the rebid.** The Contract involves the competitive solicitation for Installation of curb and sidewalk along Pleasant Street. Installation of curb and sidewalk along Pleasant Street. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $1,000.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Borough. A Proposal Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bidders maximum bid price is required to accompany the Bid. Performance and payment bonds or a certified check each in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder once the contract is awarded. An anti-collusion affidavit is required for this bid. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Any questions or requests for interpretation of any provision of the Bidding Documents or the Project shall be made to Brian Fogal, Borough Engineering Supervisor, at 717-251-2415 or bfogal@chambersburgpa.gov by JULY 28, 2025.
