This is a firm-fixed price service contract to provide construction to existing motor pool space located near 249th EN BN AO. The contractor shall provide equipment, build of materials (BOM) and all associated accessories to complete the construction. The government will exercise supervision and control over this construction throughout the period of performance. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.603 - Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, dated 12 May 2025. This solicitation is issued as 100% set-aside request for quotation (RFQ). All interested vendors are encouraged to submit a quote. The assigned NAICS code is 238990 All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS code is $19M in annual average receipts. The Product Service Code is Z2PZ - Repair or Alteration of Other Non-Building Facilities. Description: The purpose of this contract is to extend the existing motor pool located near the 249th Engineering Battalion in Fort Belvoir, VA. See attached the Performance Work Statement. Contract Line Items: This requirement and associated contract line-item numbers (CLINs) is provided in the PWS. Basis for award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis solicitation on the basis of the lowest price offer whose quote meets the technical requirements as listed in the performance work statement, along with a price that is fair and reasonable. A technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
