Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for interconnecting two (2) parking lots at the Bio Tech Research Center, 841 East Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY. Currently the two lots are independently accessed through parking gates off Washington Street and off East Fayette Street. The modifications are required to access both lots during the time NYDOT is constructing the extension of Irving Avenue to I-690 as part of the I-81 project. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 11% MBE and 19% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 11% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 19%
