Description: Please see attached packet for information. Request for Qualifications for Professional Airport services is invited from professional engineering, planning and environmental consulting firms to render complete consulting services required in connection with the development and improvement of the Crossville Memorial Airport for a five-year term. The type of services may include but not be limited to: General Consulting, Funding Procurement and Grant Administration, Planning and Programming, Engineering Design, Architectural Design, Resident Engineering, Master Planning, Environmental Analysis, Noise Studies, Preparation of DBE Plans, Land Surveying, Construction, and Associated Services. The professional services are likely to include projects such as the following with all necessary incidental work: 1. Taxiway lighting replacement 2. T-hanger Site development and or T-hanger construction 3. T-hanger rehabilitation 4. Hangar demolition 5. Box hangar construction The professional services that may be required for various projects such as: 1. Feasibility Studies 2. Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments and/or Environmental Impact Statements 3. Specialized Environmental Studies including archaeological, floodplain and wetland delineation, stream mitigation, cultural evaluation and environmental permitting 4. Airport Layout Plan Development Changes 5. Taxiway and Apron Design and Construction 6. Lighting and NAVAIDS design 7. Utility relocations and installations 8. Hangar Design 9. Grading and Drainage Design 10. Fencing 11. Construction Management and Observation Capability to furnish qualified construction inspectors for resident inspection. (10%) Evaluation of firm's EEO Policy and past performance meeting professional services DBE goals. (5%) The City of Crossville reserves the right to waive any informality in the submitted Statement of Qualifications, to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications or to re-advertise for additional Statement of Qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
