DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The work performed under this contract consists of bridge deck overlay on SN 022-0072 and associated bridge rehabilitation. Items include bridge and approach slab scarification, replacement of joints at abutments & piers with strip seals, replacement of longitudinal silicone joint sealer in median, cleaning/ adjusting shoulder drains, concrete sealer of deck, parapets, and median, HMA overlay on bridge approaches, fiber wrap for columns, maintenance of traffic control, pavement marking, ditch regrading, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and as described herein.
