The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) shall receive bids for the Install of a Vehicle Access Gate at Riverview Tower. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Submittal Cover Sheet On Contractor Letterhead (NEW REQUIREMENT 2025), a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid.
