The Town of Queen Creek is soliciting Request for Quotes from qualified firms for the purchase of Horse Stalls for Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre (HPEC). It is each Respondent obligation to assure that it has received and reviewed all Addenda issued. Each Respondent shall acknowledge they have viewed and read any and all addenda when submitting a response at Online . Failure by a Respondent to acknowledge receipt of any or all Addenda may result in that Respondent Response being deemed non-responsive and possibly rejected. Any Response or other Response received after the Response Due Date and Time will be rejected as non-responsive. Question Deadline 07/07/2025 at 5:00 PM MT . All questions must to be submitted. Any question related to this Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be via the Town of Queen Creek at Website. Questions received after this date may be answered at the sole discretion of the Town. Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All responses to inquiries will be posted on Website. The Town is requesting quotes for the purchase of four (4) Shedrow Barns with 10 stalls in each barn for a total of 40 stalls. Stall Requirements: Size - 10' x 10' , Height 7' , Fronts with Hinged Swing Doors , Powder Coated in Grey, 1/4 " Puck Board White Must have a Removable Roofing System included Shipping Charges and any applicable taxes must be included Lead time must be stated on the quote The Town to issue a Notice of Intent to Award, and if applicable Notices of the intent not to award at all or to some Respondents. Town reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, to reject any or all Responses, and to waive or decline to waive any irregularities in any submitted Responses, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine in the best interest of the Town. 2. Award: The successful Respondent, if any, will be selected and recommended to the Town Council for Award, if applicable. The awarded vendor will be issued a Purchase Order following the award.
