Site work for a water / sewer project in Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes a complete replacement of (1) building chiller plant system and (2) main chamber CRAC unit system. The project consists of two separate projects combined with the government pre-purchasing long lead items to allow the required completion date to be met. The Project was designed by Peterson Engineering, Inc. on 07 March 2025 and the A-E drawing set is structured to include two separate unique projects. The total contract will be awarded to one contractor, and the basis of the bid evaluation will be on the total combined cost of both projects. The bid breakdown between the two projects is noted below. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools to complete the subject project in compliance with the provided Plans & Specification. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 365 calendar days
