Scope Construction of a 1.6 MGD membrane bio-reactor wastewater treatment plant expansion, including concrete plant basins and MBR plant equipment Modifications to the existing 0.8 MGD membrane bio-reactor wastewater treatment plant Installation of UV disinfection facilities Installation of sludge storage facilities and expansion of sludge processing facilities Expansion of existing on-site effluent lift station facilities Installation of new On-site plant influent lift station Installation of new headworks facilities, grit removal, and odor control system Installation of yard piping, site improvements, electrical/controls, and other appurtenances as detailed more fully in the Bidding Documents The project is located at the Sandbrock WRF site, 4869 FM 1385, Aubrey, TX 76227. he date that the Bidding Documents are issued by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
