Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 700-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The Work includes, but is not limited to an addition to the east over a portion of an existing main floor roof to accommodate new Administrative Offices and interior renovations to the existing Triage and support spaces, including the Triage Rooms, CKG and Phlebotomy Rooms, Work Area, Registration and Reception, and including portions of the Waiting Area.
