Site work and new construction of an educational facility in New Braunfels, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 98,650-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
The scope of work for the New Braunfels High School Additions and Renovations-Phase 2B-2D project involves new construction (gymnasiums, fine arts auditorium, locker rooms, etc.), renovations of existing buildings, and related site work. The project will involve phased construction operations while existing portions of the existing school remain functional. Trade partners must account for strict scheduling, logistics, and safety requirements. Construction will encompass all major CSI divisions, including but not limited to: demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, millwork, waterproofing, roofing, doors, glazing, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, specialties, stage curtains, athletic equipment, window treatments, MEP (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) and site work. All bid proposals must be submitted as a single PDF to either bids@joeris.com or uploaded through the BuildingConnected portal.
