As of August 29, 2025, the project was awarded to Minnesota Native Landscapes Inc. (MNL Inc.), with an awarded amount of $1,623,157.95. Every interpretation by the ENGINEER shall be in the form of an addendum that will be issued through the QuestCDN electronic bidding site, at least two (2) calendar days (August 4th , 2025) before the date for opening bids. Plan holders who have downloaded the bidding documents through the QuestCDN website will be notified of any issued addendums through the QuestCDN site. You must download the bid documents and be a plan holder to receive any addendums. Only interpretations and clarifications issued by Addenda will be binding. Any Addenda issued during the bidding period shall be made a part of the Bidding Documents. It is the responsibility of the contractor, subcontractor, vendor, and/or any individual and/or corporation to review all addendums twenty-four (24) hours prior to bid. Receipt of each Addendum shall be acknowledged through the electronic bidding site.
