Intent: The work under this Contract consists of the installation and establishment of landscaping on SR A1A from north of SR 404 to south of 36th Street, approximately four (4) miles in Brevard County. Experience: For this Contract, the Contractor or Contract Project Manager is required to have at least five (5) years of experience in the performance of roadway landscape work. Landscape work includes, but is not limited to the acquisition, installation, establishment of plant materials, sod and irrigation systems for public roadways, but specifically excludes single family residential landscape and sod work A Contractor presently prequalified with the Department in "Landscaping" will suffice to meet the above requirements.
