Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/22 02:00:00 PM NDT To address the low capacity of the current sanitary sewer system at the Deer Lake Regional Airport, and to provide the capability to manage anticipated airport expansion, the Working Committee will evaluate the engineered WWT system expansion designs submitted by qualified Design-Builders. The objective of the evaluation is to select a design builder for the expansion of the engineered WWT system that will be cost effective and provide a long-term solution to the forecasted growth at the Airport. The WWT system expansion may include an expansion to the existing system, additional engineered wetlands, packaged treatment plants or other treatment methods capable of meeting the treatment requirements. The expansion will also include a disinfection system housed in a new building to be constructed by the selected Design-Builder from the Request for Proposals (RFP) process. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
