Reference number: 20081249 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-07-16 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 2 The MRC de Bonaventure (project owner) is requesting tenders for the construction work described below: - Dismantling the existing bridge and stonework; - Construction of a new steel-wood bridge with a 14-metre span; - Stabilisation of the bridge banks and abutments with 400-600 mm calibre stone; - Reconstruction of the roadway on the approaches to the bridge; - Installation of signage; - Various related repair and development work required to complete the project. To be considered valid, all bids must be prepared on the form provided with the bid documents and accompanied by the required documents mentioned in the specifications. The deadline for filing complaints (DDP) with the SEAO is July 16, 2025 and the deadline for responding to complaints (DRP) is July 26, 2025. The person in charge of the project owner's call for tenders is Francois Bujold at 581-886-3347 or by e-mail at fbujold@mrcbonaventure.com. All questions must be addressed to this person. The work must be carried out during the period when the watercourse becomes completely dry, i.e. between the end of July and the end of October.
