The Board wishes to prequalify licensed Contractors to undertake Masonry Restoration projects (which may include but limited to, repointing of masonry walls, laying concrete block or brick, applying water repellent, cut out and replacement of sealer) in various schools within the Board's jurisdiction on an as required basis, subject to the conditions herein. Project values will range from $5,000.00 up to and including $2,000,000.00. This prequalification will be effective for a three (3) year period, from the Date of Signing until July 31, 2028. Further requests for prequalification will not be published during this period. Contractors will have the option to submit for one (1) or both Contractor Value Ranges. Contractor Value Ranges are defined as follows: o Projects up to $100,000.00 will be offered to the Contractors prequalified through this process on a rotating basis. o For projects greater than $100,000.00 tenders will be issued during the term of this prequalification. Contractors who have been prequalified or who are currently preforming work for the Board must also respond to this request. Contractors that do not participate in this prequalification process or who are not subsequently approved through this process will be excluded from bid opportunities during the term of this prequalification with the project values indicated above. If a Prequalified Contractor does not respond to a request for quotation under the Projects Up to $100,000.00 Category on three (3) instances during the course of the contract, their name will be removed from the list until the next tender period. Response to the initial request for quotation is required within three (3) business days of request. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
