NOTICE: A site visit will be held at New Boston Space Force Station on 15 July 2025 beginning at 1:00PM ET. Please be at the New Boston Space Force Station Visitor Control Center at 317 Chestnut Hill Rd, New Boston, NH, 03070 no later than 12:30 PM ET to allow enough time to obtain visitor passes. You MUST contact Jenny Desaulniers by 3:00 PM ET on 11 July 2025 to register for the site visit to gain access to the base at jenny.desaulniers.2@us.af.mil. Please courtesy copy ashleigh.oneal@us.af.mil. This requirement is for a contractor to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) the installation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) at a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) located on New Boston Space Force Station (NBSFS). This system must protect against various physical ground threats, providing the essential tasks of detection, annunciation, (sounding the alarm), to secure the SCIF resource. This effort will utilize a Brand name justification for Honeywell Vindicator Intrusion Detection System and Access Control System. A 1-year service warranty will be provided by the contractor after installation acceptance. This requirement will be completed IAW the attached Statement of Objectives, please review for a detailed description of the requirement and specifications for system compliance. The period of performance is 294 days from date of award. All questions are due on or before 12:00 PM ET, Friday 18 July 2025. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov not later than 21 July 2025.
