(13) Line Item Number - TBD(14) Contract Award Date - TBD(15) Contractor - TBD(16) Description This solicitation notice is for issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a five-year multiple award task order contract (MATOC) for construction. Task orders under the MATOC will be for multi-discipline construction work, to include design, with project values normally ranging from $100,000 to $1,000,000 to support the Trinity seven lakes region. The MATOC will provide a vehicle for execution of a broad range of maintenance; repair and minor/heavy construction performed under a design/build or bid/build process. Contractors will be expected to accomplish a wide variety of individual construction projects, ranging from construct only up to full 100% Design/Build, renovation, and additions/upgrades, along with specific work in hazardous material survey/abatement, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, and other major trades. In-house design capability or ready access to design capability is a must for projects under the MATOC. The work to be performed under the MATOC will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, $45M small business size standard. Total MATOC program five-year ceiling is $9,900,000, and up to six indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts is anticipated. RFP evaluation and award will be accomplished in accordance with FAR 15.3 as best value. Evaluation will consist of price and performance with both being considered approximately equal. The Government may tradeoff price and past performance. A seed project is included and will be used to rank offers and determine award selection, as specified in the solicitation. The highest rated offer will be awarded the seed project, if sufficient funds are available. All awardees will receive a $500 task order for the minimum guarantee to complete requirements of the Orientation Seminar included in the RFP. NAAICS is 236220.
