Demolition, site work and new construction of a medical facility in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the construction of a 8,535-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
The project involves the construction of two distinct outpatient clinic spaces, measuring approximately 1,960 square feet and 6,575 square feet, located on the third floor of the existing East Pavilion. Upon completion, these new clinic areas will enhance and support the current outpatient infusion center. Construction activities will extend beyond the designated area, impacting both occupied and unoccupied areas of the East Pavilion. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). Project is to reach Substantial Completion by the following date: 210 calendar days from the date of award of contract. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. The estimated construction cost is $3,700,000 Question Deadline 07/30/2025 Written requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall reach the Architect a minimum of seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid date.
