Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Forest Hills, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The work to be performed by the Contractorshall consist of construction of the ARP Culvert Replacement Package 2 as specified herein, in the Construction Plans in Exhibits A, B, and C, and/or as directed by the City Manager. The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all materials, supplies, and equipment; performing all labor and services incidental to or necessary for the complete maintenance of streets in accordance with the specifications; and the maintenance of each completed portion of the work until final acceptance of the entire project by the City. All questions or explanations requested by Bidders shall be submitted in writing to the City Manager and City Engineer in ample time to permit consideration before the bid date. The City of Forest Hills will accept electronic bids for ARP CULVERT REPLACEMENT PACKAGE 2 to be Funded in Part Under the TDEC American Rescue Plan (ARP) Grant, including the following sites: o Tyne Boulevard at Hillsboro Pike Culvert Replacement (TDEC ARP SWIG Project "SW-PDC-3, Site ID FH-002") o Sunset Hills Terrace at Tyne Boulevard Culvert Replacement (TDEC ARP SWIG Project "SW-PDC-3, Site ID FH-004") o Vintage Place at Tyne Boulevard Culvert Replacement (TDEC ARP SWIG Project "SW-PDC-3, Site ID FH-005") This Invitation to Bid is subject to the instructions, conditions, specifications, addenda, and other elements, including those incorporated by reference.
