The equipment will consist of: 1. Provide 5-ton 16 seer gas heat split system for new addition. With 100 MBH gas heat and 208/3V electrical. Trane Air Handler model S9X1C100 and 4TXCC007DS3 Coil. Trane Condensing unit model 4TTA7060. Rheem, Carrier, and York are approved equals. 2. Provide 5-ton 16 seer gas heat split system to replace existing 5-ton heat pump. With 100 MBH gas heat and 208/3V electrical. Trane Air Handler model S9X1C100 and 4TXCC007DS3 Coil. Trane Condensing unit model 4TTA7060. Rheem, Carrier, and York are approved equals. 3. Provide 1.5-ton Ceiling Cassette heat pump mini split for the Pharmacy. Mitsubishi indoor model TP1A0A018 and outdoor model TRUZA018. Rheem, Carrier, and York are approved equals.
