We are taking bids to remove a large maple tree at the Locust Corners cemetery at the drive o Waldron road. Please include an estimated time frame in which you would be available, if granted the job, to complete this project. You will be required to provide proof of insurance and references. If your bid is selected you will be asked to sign a Hold Harmless statement and to put in writing that you (nor your company) are not an Iran-linked business. You are required to be age 18 or older and no one under the age of 18 is to work with you using any power tools/equipment You will provide all of your own equipment to remove the tree without damaging the property. You will also provide your own fuel to operate the equipment. We pay once the job has been completed. You will receive a 1099 Tax form in January following the summer in which you have worked for the Township. The Pittsford Township Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
