The scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, permits, drawings, and services necessary for the proper completion of the work in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Work WriteUp and General Specifications. All rehabilitation work must be carried out in compliance with the locally adopted 2023 Florida Building Code 8th Edition. In cases where compliance with these codes are impractical and/or cost-prohibitive, contractors will be required to comply with the code to the extent feasible as determined by the Building Department. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability, or genetic information. Pursuant to, and in compliance with your Invitation to Bid, the Instructions to Bidders, and other documents related thereto, the undersigned hereby proposes to furnish all material, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the Rehabilitation of the Single-Family Home Located at 2907 Colbert Circle, Melbourne, FL 32901-7268, as required by and in strict accordance with the Invitation to Bid, the Instructions to Bidders, the Rehabilitation Work Write Up, Drawings, Products and Materials Form enclosed herein, General Specifications and the City of Melbourne Minimum Rehabilitation Standards, and all addenda, if any, issued prior to the date of this Bid at the price set forth below and as further detailed on the attached Work Write-Up.
