Question Deadline 07/16/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Questions regarding this Bid/RFP shall be addressed to: Dajana Glisic - dajana.glisic@rockfordil.gov Answers to the questions will be posted on the Citys website in the form of an addendum no later than July 17, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. All questions regarding the bidders preparation of this bid, pertaining to the drawings and specifications, shall be compiled in writing and e-mailed to Anne Wilkerson, (anne.wilkerson@rockfordil.gov) Each bidder shall submit with his bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. Bid date notes :Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked with the name of the bid, and the bid number. Bids will be accepted until the specified opening time and date. Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused.
