Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: construction of the water, sanitary sewer, drainage, paving and appurtenances to serve Milo Farms Section 1. Anticipated start date is late August/Early September Phases 1 and 2 of the Milo Farms development consist of the development of about 217 acres of an approximately 410.2-acre site in Needville, Texas for single-family residential housing. Proposed construction includes mass grading, new roadways, underground utilities, detention/amenity ponds, a water treatment plant (WTP), a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) with a lift station, and a recreation center. We understand the roadways will be paved with Portland cement concrete. Utilities will be on the order of 6 to 20 feet deep. The detention ponds are planned to be on the order of 13 to 23 feet deep. We understand the WWTP will consist of a 42-foot diameter clarifier, aeration and digester basins, a control building, a generator pad, and an approximately 25-foot deep lift station. The clarifier and aeration and digester basins will bear at a depth of about 7 feet below grade. The WTP will consist of two 32-foot-diameter steel ground storage tanks (GSTs), a hydropneumatic tank, an electrical/chlorine storage building, a booster pump pad, a water well, and a generator pad. The height of the GSTs were unknown at the time this report was prepared; we have assumed a typical height of 24 feet. Access roads for the WWTP and the WTP are planned to be surfaced with gravel.
