Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 380-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
proposed construction of 380 housing units. including single-detached houses, duplexes, townhouses, and apartment buildings. Scope of work to be finalized. The 45-acre Chasàn Tatäy (formerly known as Range Point) master-planned community is a joint development between KDFN and Government of Yukon. The project consists of two adjacent parcels: 37 acres of KDFN settlement land and 8-acres of Government of Yukon land. TIMELINE: LEES+Associates (with Groundswell Planning, lead consultant) were retained by the Kwanlin Dün First Nation (KDFN) and the Government of Yukon to develop a Master Plan. Site preparation, including tree clearing, was complete. Construction of the main serviced subdivision infrastructure is underway. Further update in late summer 2026, upon approvals.
